Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use OfficeGames.io. Free Play mode and account creation are available to users aged 13 and above. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the reward pool, accumulate wallet balance, or request a cashout. By requesting a cashout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

When the reward pool opens, 24% of net advertising and sponsorship revenue generated on the platform will be allocated to it each month, and rewards will be credited to your in-app wallet on the 1st of the following month. The pool is not funded and no reward has been credited to date; see the notice at the top of this page.

Reward distribution

Cashouts are not open. When they are, a 7-day cooldown period will apply after each cashout request before a new one can be initiated, and new accounts will be subject to a 30-day lock period — an account must have been active for at least 30 days before its first cashout request. Identity verification will be required before any payment is made.

OfficeGames.io reserves the right to adjust the reward percentage, distribution structure, or eligibility criteria at any time with 30 days' notice to active users.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated wallet balance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others.
• Automated gameplay (bots, scripts, macros, browser extensions that interact with game elements) is strictly prohibited. Any account found using automation will be permanently suspended.
• Account names must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content. We reserve the right to force a username change at our discretion.

Competitive mode is designed to be a fair contest for all participants. It is not open yet. The following anti-cheat measures apply to competitive play:

• No bots or scripts
• Server-side validation
• Tab switching may reset a challenge
• Suspicious scores reviewed

• A mandatory anti-cheat countdown runs before each Competitive mode challenge begins. You cannot interact with the game until the countdown completes.
• Leaving the browser tab during a Competitive mode game will result in an automatic challenge reset and a points deduction.
• All game completions are validated server-side. Submissions that fail validation are discarded.
• Suspicious activity patterns (statistically improbable scores, inhuman completion times) are flagged for manual review.

Violations of fair play rules may result in point deductions, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or forfeiture of wallet balance, at our sole discretion.

OfficeGames.io is available worldwide for gameplay. However, the reward pool and cashout features are not available to users located in countries or territories subject to comprehensive economic sanctions imposed by the United States, European Union, or United Nations. This includes, but is not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

We may also restrict reward features in jurisdictions where cash prize competitions require specific licences that we have not obtained. Users in affected regions will be notified if restrictions apply to their account.

Users are solely responsible for reporting any earnings received from the OfficeGames.io reward pool to the relevant tax authorities in their jurisdiction. OfficeGames.io does not withhold taxes on reward payments and does not provide tax advice. If your total annual earnings from the platform exceed applicable reporting thresholds, you may be required to provide additional tax documentation before further cashouts are processed.

OfficeGames.io is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service, error-free gameplay, or the availability of the reward pool at any specific amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OfficeGames.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount credited to your wallet in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and via a prominent notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
